We partner with real estate investors and home builders nationwide,
specializing in helping traditionally unfinancable buyers become
homeowners. First time home-buyers, even those who have been declined
by other mortgage companies and don't think they can buy a house, will
be thrilled to know they can buy one of your houses using this program.
Our process is simple:
- You or buyer fill out QuickApp form (download or fill out online) and send to us for review. We will call and let you know what we can do based on the buyer's credit.
- We contact buyer to take application.
- We email or fax an application and disclosure forms to you or buyer.
- You and buyer meet to sign earnest money contract,
application, disclosure forms, and collect W2 and check stub. The
disclosure forms are simply an application, good faith estimate, truth
in lending disclosure, and an authorization to release information form. - We order appraisal, title, etc, and collect any additional documentation from buyer.
- We close in 10-14 days!
