  • Scott Winn

    Scott got his start in the seller-financed note business in the late 80's while attending Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  He fixes problems and makes sure deals get closed.  In addition to buying notes, Scott has experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including originating both residential and commercial real estate loans, buying, fixing, and selling homes, collections and note servicing, property preservation, foreclosures, and bulk REO acqusitions.

    Scott enjoys travel, camping, tech stuff, video games, and spending time with his wife and their six kiddos!

  • Jim Winn

    Jim joined Scott in the note buying industry in 1993.  He has worked in all phases of a large bank, including branch bank management and commercial loan examining.  Jim was a real estate agent and broker for many years before going into the mortgage lending field after the mid 80's oil industry upheaval in the Houston area.  He has additional experience as an Engineering Technician inspecting failures in structure and foundations of residential properties, and in supervision of the repairs by foundation repair companies.
